Falling Apart or Into Place ???

Only 1 thing keeps you from falling, it is not the YOU that you know ~     sometimes we fall exhausted on the floor, we may stay there for years ~ only because we have managed to strap a rod to our back to keep going.... better to stay on the floor with your ear close to the ground allowing your jaw to drop at the impossible.... be susceptible to the unknown, unsuspected circumstances that blow in at any moment from any angle. We hang on so tightly ~ we stay busy,we keep our narrow focus and windows shut.

Stand there...arms wide open and embrace the paradox between yes and no,this direction and that, this answer and that... then a stretcher will come from grace to gather us up. In the dawn of this openenss, this tenderness and only then... something else can emerge from within us to lift us into another TRUER life. "A Stretcher will come" . When we fall ~ Grace gathers us up,but our falling must be without expectation, without reservation, without a hope but not hopeless. You cannot plan for this kind of falling. When you abandon yourself utterly to life...the river will flow.
