• Can you sit with pain- yours or someone elses?
• Do you move to hide it, fake it, fix it ?
• Will you go back to old ways out of fear or shout at the top of your lungs to the moon-I'M FREE ?
• Can you tell the truth to someone - even when you know it will disappoint another so you can be true to yourself?
